Areas Served
We serve in the Jacksonville area, which is one of the largest cities in the world – 850 square miles in Duval County alone. Our core areas that we specialize in are Orange Park, Fleming Island in Clay County, St. Johns, Ponte Vedra and parts of St. Augustine in St. Johns County, and the Jacksonville Beaches area. All these areas are within 30 minutes of our office, so even though Jacksonville is huge, our specialized areas are convenient to us. We serve condo, townhome, single family home, farms and land sales in the Jacksonville area, including golf communities and waterfront properties.
Interests, Community Involvement
Frank and I met in Atlanta where I was a Film Producer and he was a full time Actor. We moved to Jacksonville when our children were small to be closer to his family. Frank is from a Navy family and his dad retired here. When our children were all in school, I got my license to help part-time. Little did I realize how growing up with a dad who was a residential real estate agent, then a commercial developer would rub off and real estate would become a passion for me. Soon I was a Relocation Specialist, as my name was passed around at companies as new transferees came to town because of my outstanding service. I am a Mom and Grandmom, Blogger, Photographer, self-taught Geek, loving life and sharing my experiences with friends and clients.
